The displayed price is for how many days?
The displayed price is for 1 day, even if you take the item for few hours the price does not change.
Do you provide delivery and pickup?
Yes, we deliver throughout Quebec and Ontario.
How far in advance we can make the reservation?
The earlier you book, the greater the choice. However, last minute reservations are possible at any time.
What happens if you keep an item for more than one day?
Additional charges will be incurred for each extra day.
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept next methods of payment: credit, debit, American Express, cheque, cash, direct deposit
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, the amount is determined by the item being rented.
When the security deposit is refunded?
The deposit is returned upon return of the item.
Are the accessories included with the items we chose?
Yes, the accessories are included with the items you chose. If anything is not included, it will be clearly mentioned in the quotation.
How long does it take to install the items?
Once we receive the order, we will inform you of the estimated installation time.
How to inflate the bouncy castle?
We send you a video and we explain and show you how to inflate the games at the time of pickup or over the phone.
How long does it take to store the inflatable game?
After deflating the game it takes 30 minutes to put it away properly.
